Rolle Pass

Uday Kiran Bolusani, Head of Investment Operations, MassMutual

Miren-Edurne De Frutos, Global Sales and Markets/Securities Services, JPMorgan Chase

Edward Yee, Rhodes Scholar and Head of Growth and Strategy, FAR.AI

Carol Adams, Professor, Durham University Business School

MODERATOR:

Kim Shah, President, Institute of Neurodiversity Canada

This session reframes cognitive diversity as a long-term investment strategy, not a moral add-on. Focusing on capital allocation, organizational strategy, and impact measurement, the panel examines how investing in neurodiverse talent and leadership drives innovation, resilience, and sustainable value creation.

Intergenerational insights surface how younger leaders and investors are redefining impact, while established leaders reflect on what it takes to embed cognitive diversity into decision-making, governance, and culture at scale. The discussion moves beyond representation to explore how cognitive diversity changes outcomes, from product design to risk mitigation.

The “Big Idea”: The strongest returns come from investing in how people think, not just what they produce.

Participants are invited to consider what it truly means to invest in people in the Intelligent Age, and how intentional support for neurodiverse leadership can shape more adaptive, innovative, and human-centered systems.
