This opening session sets the tone for the Summit by moving beyond awareness toward shared responsibility and collective action. Bringing together leaders at different stages of influence—from seasoned decision-makers to emerging changemakers—this dialogue explores how intergenerational exchange can translate insight into impact.
Participants examine how neurodivergent perspectives challenge inherited assumptions about leadership, productivity, and success, and how empathic dialogue across generations can unlock new ways of working together. Rather than positioning change as something to be handed down or pushed upward, the session models reciprocal learning, where wisdom, urgency, lived experience, and institutional knowledge intersect.
In other words, real change happens when wisdom and urgency stop taking turns and start working side by side.
The conversation invites leaders to reflect on what it means to act differently today so that future systems—workplaces, schools, and civic institutions—are designed with those who will inherit them, not merely for them.
